The Retail Suite and The Works, on the same page

The Works, Britain’s leading discount bookstore group, is implementing The Retail Suite into their retail estate of two hundred and forty stores.

The new in-store system is expected to drastically reduce the many manual-based processes, in turn freeing up staff time and supplying much tighter, auditable, management information.  Other operational improvements include the ability to manage multiple promotion types, something that The Works was unable to do in its legacy system. 

The Retail Suite is currently rolling out to their entire estate and, in fact, was piloted into two of their retail sites within three weeks of the contract being awarded.  In total, The Retail Suite will be deployed to all five hundred and eight terminals.
