Costa Coffee orders EDI solution from Itim

We are delighted to announce that Costa Coffee has selected Itim as its EDI service provider, in a deal which further strengthens our partnership with the Whitbread Group. Costa Coffee is one of the UK’s leading coffee outlets, in a market which continues to grow, despite the economic downturn. 

Among the key benefits of the project for Costa Coffee will be the streamlining of the order and invoicing processes, making it more efficient for Costa and its customers.

Development has already begun on setting up Costa Coffee’s internal interfaces, and Itim will be working closely with its team to ensure a new year pilot implementation goes smoothly – followed by a full project roll out. Itim has a proven working relationship with the Whitbread Group, and the “Total Care Solution” service we offer was a key factor influencing Costa Coffee’s decision.
