Itim takes ownership of Profimetrics

Itim are pleased to announce the acquisition of Profimetrics Software Solutions SA, by Itim  Group  Ltd. As a result of acquiring the minority shareholding, Steve Beck and Chris Cawthorn  have stepped down from the Board, and a new management team has been  established , with Sandra Sofia Ribeiro  leading the team in the Porto Office.

Profimetrics has several successful implementations in Europe and at the time of this announcement we are in dialogue with several retailers in South America, where we see significant demand for the solution, as well as Itim’s traditional UK territory.
