Itim’s “Vitória” Project wins Kaizen Award

Itim won the Kaizen Award Portugal, awarded by the Kaizen Institute, which aims to recognize and distinguish companies that are benchmark examples for good practices in continuous improvement, winning in the Digital Excellence category with the “Vitória” project. This category highlights digital transformation projects with efficiency, flexibility, quality and level of service results that are drivers of growth and value for organizations.

 

The “Vitória” project, which started out as an active batch monitoring service, and whose concept has evolved into an internal portal, is currently a fundamental tool in the integrated management of projects and teams, with features such as the planning and execution of project activities, horizontal view of KPIs on batches and SaaS environments, Allocation Forecast of teams or even the scheduling of installation access by employees.
