We are looking for a results-oriented Team Leader to be responsible for monitoring and overseeing a team of developers to achieve the organization’s goals.
Will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their best.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team;
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals;
- Delegating tasks to team members;
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills;
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
The candidate should satisfy the following requisites:
- Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
- 5+ years of experience leading development teams;
- 5+ years of experience developing PL/SQL;
- Proven ability with agile methodologies, mainly Scrum;
- Know your way around relational databases and also non-relational stores;
- Interested in areas such as Development, Architecture, Software Engineering and, eventually, Team and Project Management;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential;
- A strong will to continuously learn, teach, improve and make others grow;
- Experience in retail/stock/Pricing (preferential but not eliminatory);
- Fluent in English;
- Availability to travel;
